Chef Bojern Panek began his culinary career at the age of 20. Through years of working in many famous Michelin-starred establishments, Chef Bjoern further reinforced his cooking techniques at numerous multi-awarded restaurants in Europe, prior to earning his impressive credentials including highly coveted one-Michelin-star in 2009 in Berlin, and later developed his skills in the world-famous Burj Al Arab Hotel, Dubai. For Chef Panek, each dish is like a playground, “The presentation of each culinary creation on a plate has to be inviting to be fully enjoyed. It has to entice with aroma, and surprise the palate - only then the dish is truly unforgettable.” Chef Panek now heads the team at WHISK at The Mira Hong Kong, where the menu showcases the finest contemporary European cuisine served in a relaxed, ambient environment.
