At the age of 19, Thai Chef Jungprai ventured to Europe to broaden his culinary skills. He started his career path in the Blue Elephant restaurant in Denmark from where he progressed to being an executive chef in Brussels, Belgium and later corporate chef for the Blue Elephant Group worldwide in 2000.
In 2002, he returned to Bangkok to open the Blue Elephant Cooking School and Restaurant as Executive Chef, in addition to taking on the role of Project Manager for Blue Elephant’s ready meal product lines in Belgium and Thailand.
