Masterchef Joe Barza will be hosting Epicurean Promotions at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi Yas Island, Barouk from 11 to 14 February 2010
Spending his early childhood in his mother’s kitchen enjoying the wafting smell of traditional Lebanese cuisine set Chef Joe Barza on his career course. Upon graduating from Lebanon’s Hotel School of Arts in 1982, he embarked on his culinary career and began working his way towards national and international recognition. Today, he is executive chef at Beirut’s Chase International Restaurant, with numerous international accolades and commendations.
